Our first sales model on Lot 15 has received a lot of "Wows"! Hawks visitors are surprised that so much luxury can had at such an affordable price with a great location in Livingston Township.
Williams Kitchen and Bath's Ann Wheeler and Paula Nicholas of Interior Design Options designed this Talon's first kitchen. The kitchen features solid maple cabinetry stained in both toffee and sorrel and GE stainless steel appliances from Advance Electric. Kitchen design comes standard at no extra cost. Ann can print out a virtual model of your kitchen design prior to construction to insure you get the kitchen you always dreamed of having!
Bright & Toasty!
The Talon on Lot 15 is nearly complete and will be listed for sale no later than the end of January. This Talon's living and dining rooms' southern exposure provides a bright and toasty environment in the winter.
Goshawks on their way!
We started construction on two Goshawks in November. This is a shot of the front of Units 1 & 17 which are located at the entrance to Goshawk Circle. We've been roofing and framing in January.
It's not too late to custom-finish Unit 17 on the right! Unit 1on the left is reserved.
Osprey looking fine!
We're really proud of the exterior aethestics of our detached Osprey model. A lot of graceful curves are available and with both a front covered porch and rear deck, Osprey's bring in the neighborhood or allow for backyard living - its up to you!
This Osprey has a beautiful cantilevered bump-out bay window (far right in picture) that adds extra floor space to the Dining Room and allows for a lot of natural winter light due it facing southwest.
This Osprey is located on Lot 6 and is sold. We're currently installing mechanicals. We'll be starting a spec. Osprey on Lot 5 as soon as the weather permits. Lot 2 directly across from this Osprey is the biggest lot in Phase I and is also available for us to custom-fit an Osprey for you.
