The
Talon advantages are spacious rooms with a large open floor plan and great exterior lines.Our Talon has proven to be our most popular model with 3 homes on-site, two that are attached to each other and one single-family shown here. While all of these homes are sold, we can start a new for you for as low as $159,000 though that requires builder bid confirmation due to constantly changing materials and labor costs.
Standard features on our Talon models that are different than our standard set of features on all other model types are:
- Insulated garage
- Bonus room on the main floor
- Partial basement, can upgrade to full (Our Ospreys also come with a partial basement)
- We have a number of floor plan lay-out options available where we can adjust the LVR, basement, bedroom, and bathroom sizes.
- Bedroom windows have transoms for additional natural lighting.

Unit 15 Kitchen
Williams Kitchen and Bath's Ann Wheeler and Paula Nicholas of Interior Design Options designed our first Talon kitchen. The kitchen features solid maple cabinetry stained in both toffee and sorrel and GE stainless steel appliances from Advance Electric. Kitchen design comes standard at no extra cost. Ann can print out a virtual model of your kitchen design prior to construction to insure you get the kitchen you always dreamed of having!
Dining Room
This Dining Room features a chandelier from Thomas Lighting, supplied by Advance Electric. Hawks Landing offers three lighting styles at our standard prices. Sconces are an upgrade. Natural lighting by Mother Nature.
Master Bedroom
This bedroom features our Andersen Energy efficient windows with a transom for additional natural lighting, a standard Talon feature found in the Guest Bedroom as well. Tray ceiling and fan/light add to the atmosphere of the room. CATV available for floor TV's as well as a socket hook-up for upper wall models.
Unit 15's Living Room
Like all Hawks models, the Talon's living room is part of an open floor that features a vaulted living room ceiling, large Andersen energy efficient patio doors, and surround sound wiring. As part of the "starting at" package, each unit buyer receives two hours with Paula Nicholas, the owner of Interior Design Options, to help with all of your design needs. Additional time with Paula can also be arranged at Developer rates, making Paula's services one of the best values at Hawks Landing.This particular Talon comes with a fireplace upgrade, which is available in all model types; we have a number of different fireplace options we can offer, including ones that are pieces of art or more functional fireplaces that produce heat and allow flat panel TVs above the mantel.
