Lot InformationHawks Landing contains seventy total lots that average about 11,000 sq. ft., which is approximately 1/4 acre. There are four development phases, Phase I contains seventeen lots, of which six contain homes, one of which is for sale. You can purchase a vacant lot, a lot with a home built through drywall allowing us to custom finish to your taste, or we have homes ready for occupancy. All eleven remaining vacant lots in Phase I are ready for new construction with all utilities available;

Phase I Lots include:
- Access to Hawks' public water system, saving you the expense and maintenance of your own well system, along with electric cost savings by not having to pump your own water.
- Access to natural gas (DTE Energy), electric (Great Lakes Energy), phone (Frontier or Charter), cable TV (Charter), TV via satellite dish, and Internet (Hawks Landing, Charter, and Frontier are your choices).
Hawks Landing has a Type I public water system owned and maintained by the Hawks Landing Condo Association; it currently operates as a Type III system. 2013 Dues prorate to $33.83 month and includes the costs to maintain the water system, there are no additional water usage fees.
Our per lot landscaping plans call for 4 shade trees, 2 ornamental trees, and 6 spruce or fir trees. We'll also add about 20 shrubs and 20 perennials to each homesite, edge and mulch - all included in our "starting at" list prices! Several homes including some for sale have upgraded plant material showing.
